I've been going to Middletown Scuba since I was a kid with my father. I'm currently enrolled in there diving school to advance my knowledge and skills as a scuba diver, the owners, workers and instructor's are great. They are extremely knowledgeable and enjoy teaching us how to dive the right way. There prices for classes and gear are very reasonable and they have gone over and beyond to help make things affordable to fit into my budget. I do a good amount of emergency salvage diving in my local lake for sunk boats and what not ,I could have got all my gear off the internet and saved a few dollars , I've price matched everything I've bought from them and the knowledge , help and personal experience far out ways the few dollars I would have saved. When the phone rings at 8pm for an emergency dive and I need something gear related there are few shops out there that will open there doors after they have closed to help you out, and your computer mail order is useless at that point. That just goes to show what type of ppl you are dealing with. I can't speak to some of the problems of the other reviews but I can say in the countless times I have been here I've never seen anyone from this store be rude or unhelpful. - via
