(Edit regarding PSD response) Not sure how PSD wants to know what I paid for the secondary rental, but it's telling to see they value their customer's time at $0. We didn't ask for a full refund but just for a refund of the items that were missing in the rental, that's the minimum a customer can ask for in the situation. Since PSD denied, disputing the entire charge with the bank is the only option. Could have been so much easier. (Original Review) This place should reconsider their attitude towards customers. We did a rental, and found out all geared up that we were missing weights. Spend 90 minutes and 40 $ driving to a dive shop before finally doing our dive. Back at the shop, mentioned the story and that we had to pay extra to do the dive since weights were missing. Employees at the front desk told us we should be glad that they accommodated us and wouldn't refund because the rental was already at a discounted rate. So effectively they're saying they don't charge enough to do the job well? How ridiculous. Never again, and disputed the charge. - via google
