Incredibly bad customer service. I had a similar experience to an earlier review.
I showed up for scuba lessons and was turned away because I had not gotten an email from them with information that I needed to come in ahead of time to get materials. I understood this and asked for a refund for the $600, and was told that only the owner could do that and she wasn’t there.
I went back in twice that week. I left a note. I emailed twice. I got no response from the company at all and finally had no choice but to dispute the charge on my credit card, which took another 10 days.
Had they said ‘’Hey, sorry you didn’t get into that class but we can get you into the next one on…” I would have said fine, but they didn’t. They were just rude and then completely non-responsive. - via
