I'm extremely disappointed. If giving 0 stars were an option, I would.
I recently bought Reg apeks xtx50, Octo apeks xtx40, Inflator hose, HP hose & Frog chrome SPG for a total of RM4000+. I went back today with my Frog Chrome SPG because the glass had cracked after only one use in a confined water pool. We didn't have any accidents nor did we bang it against anything and the diving instructors who were training us found it very odd that it should crack. Planet scuba was not helpful at all and simply told us to purchase a new one to replace the cracked one.
After contacting servicers to ask if it can be repaired, even they thought it odd as it's near impossible to break.
Needless to say, I will never return to planet scuba and will be sending a formal complaint to KPDNKK. - via
