A customer service representative just threatened me violently.
When I asked for a notification from them before picking up a Walmart return item. I am still shivering from what I experienced.
She said, Why would I give you the tracking number? We only give it to the sender.
It seemed she will hit me.
She denied telling her name or transferring to the manager and ended the call. - via
