After we made a deal for a specific date, we sent them all the details and booking forms a month earlier, but we didn't get any response for weeks, and no one answered the phone. When they finally answered, they cancelled the dive because that date was fully booked. We made another reservation, and on that day, when we were already on our way there, a few hours before the dive, they just sent us a message that our skydive was cancelled again. The staff is very unprofessional and rude, especially Chris. I highly recommend you avoid the place if you are planning to jump on the day that was arranged. We got a full refund but already spent a lot of money on renting a car and accommodation which couldn't be cancelled because WE WERE ALREADY HALF WAY THERE. - via
