Management needs to look at there protocols surrounding people falling off lifts. Kid falls 15 feet off a lift. The lift personal stopped the lift. Went up to the kid, dragged like him 5ft so he wasn't under the lift. Then left him. Alone. We walked up to the kid that was alone and clearly struggling to stand up. We asked if he was okay and we was clearly shaken up. We helped pop his skis off and had him sit untill ski patrol came. Leaving a child, potential injured, stuck in skis and clearly distraught is an unacceptable protocol. YOU DONT LEAVE HIM ALONE, YOU DON'T GO BACK AND START THE LIFT UNTILL YOU HAND THE CHILD OVER TO TRAINED MEDICAL PERSONAL such as ski patrol. Ski patrol did exactly what there are supposed to do. Use there training to evaluate the situation took to a safe place to continue there operations. Prayers go out to the kid and his family. - via google
