Two stars because I’m giving them credit for past tours that went well. But this place has gone downhill. Our last trip with them was anything but an adventure in beautiful Costa Rica. Instead, it was a two-hour drive to the beach. Worst part, we asked for the mountain/jungle tour. They said they had us covered. Then we got a two hour ride down rutted, dusty roads to go to a beach we didn’t want to see for 15 mins, pay for some overpriced drinks, and our guide micromanaged every ounce out of joy out of the ride. Not that there was much to begin with, but this guy somehow found a way to find, and kill, even that little bit. At the end of the tour, when we confronted the owner about the bait-and-switch, he essentially shrugged his shoulders and blew us off. Avoid these guys! - via
