This was my third time here. The diving is awesome! The rooms are great! The kitchen and bar staff are so friendly and attentive. They couldn't do more for us. Kurt, the kitchen manager is awesome and always came by to say hello. I give only four stars because of the dive staff and the crowded boats. My BCD has (had) two tank straps. One was broken off and I'm guessing when the tank and bcd setup was thrown into the tank holders on the boat. This can happen but nothing was said. I saw when I got back home that it is indeed broken. The BCD still works but only has one strap now when it was designed to have two. The boats are great but it was overcrowded. Some dives we had 8 divers to a dive master. They need another boat and more dive masters to take that many people out. That said, Ed, who runs the dive shop was great and always found things for us, I wish we had him for the second week also, not just the first. - via
