Would have rated 5 star, however at the entrance was encountered with a person with bad attitude and reluctant to help. We stopped and no assistance was given so we drove way into the starting point of the tour just to be told that we needed tickets at the entrance. We returned to the entrance and we told her you did not acknowledge us just to be told with a bitter attitude that we did not stop. I do have dashcam footage that i did stop. She then proceeded to speak in Spanish to another young lady to deal with us because she cant. The second person did help us and got us our tickets.
Apart from that bitter person, the river tubing with Bernard was good aswell as the atv activity. - via
