My girlfriend and I took the two day level one course with Feng. We went over theory and safety that goes along with freediving and got time in the ocean as well. I was hesitant to take this class mostly because I’m not a strong swimmer and never have free dived before either.
The class and course overall were great, laid back and very beginner friendly. Feng and all of the instructors were calm, relaxed, understanding and encouraging. They all gave good coaching and feedback after every attempt and kept encouraging everyone. By the end of the course I went from unconfident with no experience to diving down 12 meters comfortably.
Overall I would recommend this place if you are on the fence just thinking about or were interested in it. I would take another course with them in the future if we came back to Bali. - via
