Update 2023: Our second trip was supposed to lead to the Pimalai Resort in Krabi/Thailand. We made a firm booking and paid the full price back in November 22nd. It all started in mid-January. The hotel is overbooked - how does that work? - and we should go to another hotel. We turned it down and then it probably went to the Pimalai after all. Today, four days before departure, we were told succinctly that we would have to change hotels after 9 days. All without any communication, one is simply not taken seriously. Super disappointed and angry we canceled the trip! Every anticipation and holiday joy has been taken away from us. We will no longer choose or recommend itravel in the future.

Wir haben von itravel unsere Hochzeitsreise auf die Malediven im Februar / März 2021 planen lassen und schließlich dort gebucht. Vom Anfang bis zur verbindlichen Buchung wird man hier stets überaus professionell und sehr persönlich betreut. Auf konkrete Wünsche wird mit Geduld und Empathie eingegangen. Jede persönliche Empfehlung war in der Umsetzung perfekt, vom Resort (Kudafushi) bis zu einzelnen Besonderheiten. Auch das Thema Corona wird für das jeweilige Urlaubsziel sehr umfassend und informativ aufbereitet. Herzlichen Dank für diese wundervolle Dienstleistung.

Mitte Januar fing dann alles an. Das Hotel sei überbucht - wie geht das? - und wir sollen in ein anderes Hotel. Das haben wir abgelehnt und dann ging es wohl doch im Pimalai. Heute, vier Tage vor dem Abflug ist uns lapidar mitgeteilt worden, dass wir nach 9 Tagen das Hotel wechseln müssen. Alles ohne jede Kommunikation, man wird einfach nicht ernst genommen. Mega enttäuscht und wütend haben wir die Reise storniert! Jede Vor- und Urlaubsfreude ist uns genommen worden. Itravel werden wir künftig nicht mehr wählen oder weiterempfehlen. - via
