We booked an excursion to Saona with Casa Daniel. We traveled with our 9 months old baby. Prior to the tour, Casa Daniel confirmed it was appropriate with a baby. I can definitely say it's not. We joined another large group of tourists on a catamaran. As soon as we left the harbor, the music started to play very loud and we were told to move to the front of the boat, in full sunlight, which we obviously couldn't understand and disagreed to. The same thing happened on the way back... - via google
