My boyfriend and I went to Uncle Chang for 5D4N, where we took a 2 day AOW course, 1 day Mabul/Kapalai diving and 1 day Sipadan diving. We could not have wished for a better stay at Uncle Chang. Communication is fast, our diving instructor Santi was amazing and let us feel right at home and very safe. We fell in love with the little bungalow above the water. We walked around the island of mabul, and we were definitely sure we made the right choice for Uncle Chang. You can see the sunset from the bungalow, and the sunrise from the private deck of Mabul’s Uncle Chang. The dives were very well organized and the diving master’s really put safety first. The price of the dives and the stay were one of the best prices we could find on the island, especially the Sipadan dives were really well priced.
btw, for those wondering: we fell in love with diving in Sipadan. It’s totally worth the money and our advise is: go with Uncle Chang. - via
