Such a wonderful cooking experience at Anika! We were picked up from our hotel in Nusa Dua then headed straight to the local market for a tour. We then headed back to the kitchen to learn about all the different ingredients and their purpose. Tommy our head chef was hilarious and quick to answer any questions. We took in turns to prepare and cook the food. Mama Bali was never far, watching over and guiding with her wealth of knowledge. The food is to die for, so delcious!
