The organization is quick and well-established, unfortunately the visibility was terrible on the day of our snorkelling trip. The boat took us to 3 places, right next to each other, and we couldn't see 2 meters away. Part of the group didn't even get off the boat at the last place. We asked if we couldn't go elsewhere, but they told us it would be the same everywhere. We got home 2 hours earlier than planned. When we asked if we could come back the next day with discounts or even free, the owner kept repeating that she couldn't control nature, as if we didn't know that. But there were other things which were in her power, and which she refused. - via
