Upon arrival, we were greeted with cool towels, smiles, and the most warm exciting welcome. We were a tad bit overwhelmed after the airport experience. ( we paid for the club mobay, so we were vip getting through the airport) i definitely recommend this service.) Once on the resort, things were much better. We also paid for the Romeo and juilet Butler Suite. We were given two butlers, Nick and Keno, we absolutely loved Keno as he went above and beyond to make your experience memorable. THANK YOU, KENO. The resort was full of life and professional staff, who also kept the resort beautiful and clean. I noticed there were lots and lots of cats everywhere on the resort. we didn't really care for them being all over and will probably look into a different resort the next time. The food is served in small portions. However, it was delicious and plated with such elegance. The overall experience was satisfying, and we enjoyed our time. - via
