Off season staff is nice but young and untrained. Property is beautiful, check in a training session, dinner undercooked, bar staff friendly and helpful but no knowledge. Breakfast very nice with omelette/crepe station. Liked our room with patio so that was most important. Strangely claimed to have only one luggage cart for entire huge property that is spread out with rough walkways throughout...not possible! - via
