There were no instructions given as I was not a certified diver at the time and becoming one. If I was given instructions of how to properly put a TINY cap on then yes, it would’ve been done instead of being charged!!!
Did not enjoy going into the shop at ALL. Many HIDDEN FEES and the staff were rude. The only part I liked about my course was the instructor, Robert who is an expert at diving and a very kind instructor who taught me the in’s and outs of diving. Will not be going back here again or spending a cent in the shop. Would recommend anywhere else but here as they get away with being the only dive shop in central Ottawa. - via
