I ordered the Cressi z1 frames mask, the Scubapro snorkel and the Scubapro travel fins (online). Immediately after placing the order, I got a call from Robin (who was actually on holiday visiting her family) to inform me of stock numbers and alternatives if I needed the order quickly. After letting her know I had time, she immediately put an order in for exactly what I wanted. I received further communication from her throughout the process, which was amazing! I felt like Robin went above and beyond to get me the best of the best! She treated me like I had been a long time customer, even though it was my first time ordering from Bob's Scuba Shop. Her customer service is by far the best I have received at any store - ever! She took time out of her own holiday and was so incredibly genuine in wanting to help me. If I need anymore dive gear in the future I will for sure be going back to Bob's Scuba Shop for Robin's support! - via
