Do yourself a favor and DO NOT RENT HERE. First they turned off all the residents key fobs for the garage because their records were not up to date. They send emails for everything else but didn’t send one for that. Second they will lose your rent check and try to make you pay a late fee when they’re at fault. Then they’ll blame you for it instead of investigating and trying to figure out what happened. Third the elevator in building C is always broken. But instead of fixing it they put up a sign telling you to use the stairs and are having a Happy Hour instead. Four there have been three building managers since I moved in a year ago. If that isn’t a warning sign I don’t know what is. It also takes them forever to respond to your emails and calls. Rent at your own risk!! I’m sure you can find other apartments in Philly that won’t put you through the run around like this place. Update: I finally got a reply from both the build manager and property manager 3 WEEKS after the lost check incident. It’s finally being taken care of. I’ll come back with an update once they resolve the issue. - via google
