My husband and I had great experiences with Horizon. We wanted to get our deep dive certifications somewhere warmer than Ohio, and our shop highly recommended Horizon.
We got our certification dives on the Spiegel, and ended up diving it 6 more times! Every time we saw something new.
The crew was awesome with helping everyone out, including exiting and entering the boat on dives. They were all helpful and empathetic with our bout of seasickness too.
Hugh was our instructor/guide for 2 days, then we had Gia and Millie as guides. Everyone was awesome, no complaints! Great balance of safety first but also making sure everyone had fun and a good time. - via
