I had an issue with a previously purchased product. The customer service I received was exceptional. I was able to return the item and a better quality product was sold to me at a discount after Rob had demonstrated exactly how it worked. Here is my advice; people out there, buy local and buy good quality products and the local vendor will take care of you. - via
