I was really happy with the awesome customer service I got over the phone for an order I was placing. I was leaving for a trip in a few days and had ordered diving masks from another company, who never sent them out. I called House of Scuba and was helped by a woman (I can’t recall her name) but she was so helpful and friendly and helped me figure out how to get my masks before my trip with expedited shipping. She took the order over the phone and even rushed the packaging for me. I think her name began with an S. Anyway, I just really appreciate the willingness to help. She could have told me to order online with expedited shipping and sent me on my way but she took the time to help me personally with the order. The kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you! - via
