Great professors and students but the admin/staff is ghetto and unprofessional. Staff lock doors to avoid actually working and will sit and eat food without acknowledging you. A black clerk had me wait outside the office door ignoring me for 30 minutes while I watched her watch tv shows and snack on chips. You can get better customer service at McDonald’s. You will not be respected here. - via
