A national shame!! This company represents what happens in many companies in our country!!
I have had a flight voucher for over a year and after 2 cancellations made by the company due to control tower issues and not weather reasons, I decided to request a refund for the flight. After a year of rescheduling and canceling I ask for a refund because the only available airstrip is in the center of the country (where travel would be more expensive and that was not what I planned to spend when I bought the flight), they say they will let me charge 20% of the total amount paid!! Now I ask, what is the logic of this?!! It's a shame what they do, I don't recommend this company to anyone!! Shame!! - via
