Okay the instructor was fantastic and the experience was amazing, but whoever answers their phones is completely unhelpful and rude. I was given the wrong information and told to go to their website when I called. I called back on another day when she wasn't there and got some good help. Five stars anyway because the actual diving part was perfect and that's what you're here for!
We went there for a SCUBA discovery. If you decide to do their discovery, make sure you have a few hundred bucks in your back pocket because it's such an incredible experience that you are going to want to pursue certification so you can do it again! We were given very clear instructions on everything and he had us practice all of the essential skills in the shallow end before we went deeper. He had a very good way of explaining things. I was going to just come here for the discovery and get the certification closer to home but I think coming here is worth the drive to get quality instructions. He had a ton of personal tips and dive sites suggestions too. Great guy, great place! Do not judge them by their receptionist. - via
