This review is one for the books because there are not enough good things to say about this amazing outfit. Lupita worked hard to secure a last-minute dive, for my son and me, despite having a port closure. She is kind, patient, professional and went above and beyond to get us scheduled. As new divers doing a checkout dive, we were unsure of the normal procedures, but she took the time to explain everything that we needed to get underway.
My son couldn't wait to get into the water. Well, the pool water dive is much different from the open water dive. My son was a natural but I was a little nervous. Ok... a lot nervous. Arturro & crew worked with me to make sure I was safe, and comfortable and had mastered the skills before doing our first dive. My fear turned to total wonder upon seeing all the beautiful fish. The best part was the huge grin on my son's face upon returning to the boat. He said it was one of the best days of his life. Without this crew, the day would not have been possible.
No crew or divemaster is more professional, kind, or safe. I am so grateful for this experience and for this introduction to scuba. Can't wait for next time! - via
