Janitors WILL chase you in the back stairwells at night. The property manager WILL do nothing about it. But, the property manager WILL enter your apartment. The elevator in build "c" WILL shut down weekly. The fire alarms WILL go off bi- monthly. Management WILL continuously change. Management WILL try to play you. If it happened to me, it can happen to you. You've been warned.
