Fist time I had to chase the company to get a service. After going to the agency the receptionist was not kind at all and not interested in giving any service. I got his whatsapp which he barely replied. He kept me hanging for a response for 2 days. He said we would not go to anywhere due to weather conditions. So I had to find another company which took us to the local reef. He promised to reply to me if they would go next day to blue hole. After 3 days I’m still waiting. They should be conscious that people travel long time to go to Belize and respect them by being honest instead of having them hanging for a reply. Very unprofessional - via
