Half the positive reviews are probably from the same people who are scammers and work there.
Bought a groupon, made a reservation 2 mths in advanced, confirmed, I was scheduled for Sunday at 12pm, and less than 18hrs before our reservations, it was cancelled via email due to strong winds, and via text due to bad weather, that Sunday it was not breezy, nor bad, it was actually 90 degrees outside with a full blown sunshine day., some other friends of mine, went skydiving that same day not to far from this Establishment.
I tried calling and emailing several times for the past 3 weeks to reschedule , and still no reply, Groupon refunded me back my money, however, I lost the deposit fee that was paid directly with this " scammed business" that was required to make a reservation( and although they cancel, they require another reservation fee if you reschedule, as per the website) because once again, no one picks up the phone or answers emails.
apparently they just take your information in their systems, charge fees for reservation that will never happen, and keep rescheduling until your groupon code expires or when the next year comes, and its the same story.
they need a better system, because this is horrible - via
