If you like the jungle vibe, this resort is for you.
We adored our stay here. The grounds are beautiful and emphasize nature. The staff starting with George and everyone else was absolutely lovely and accomodating. The food was excellent. The pool is heated.
The bungalo we stayed in is rustic, but well equipped with a kitchen. We like it, but it might not be everybody's thing to be surrounded by nature :)
We loved the activities. On Friday we had a salsa lesson. Each morning there was yoga with a gorgeous view, and we went for a horse ride on the beach and drove the complimentary golf cart to town one afternoon. We only wish we could have stayed longer to go on the whale watching boat and get a massage.
The one thing we didn't like is that the taxi they called for us to take us to the airport insisted on charging us double (1000 peso) what the Uber taxi we took from the airport charged.
Overall we were super happy. It was a good value for the price considering all the amenities and activities. Definitely recommended for the nature lovers. We hope to come again. - via
