I booked my partner in for the ledge swing in Qeenstown online, and as part of the booking process it ask you to choose transport which is the gondola up to the top, so everything is booked and paid for. She turns up and the gondola isn't included in the $200 price, so you have to then spend more money for something they have lead you to believe is part of the package. If they aren't trying to deceive you then why have the section where you choose the gondola, without something that pops up to say gondola not included. Very disappointed in this company actively trying to swindle people out of there hard earned cash. - via
