I went in with a simple request to hydro my aluminum tank. The gentleman with a shaved head approached me and said you can not fill that tank, it is too old. The tank is in perfect condition but is from 1989. He said that it was his store policy that he was protecting his employees in a larger than life manner. He wanted me to buy a new tank. I said well I certainly don't agree with that policy in fact it is not a universal requirement. He became intensely angry and confrontational. I left the store fearing for my safety because I thought this guy was going to become violent. Please do not go to this store this behavior is not reflective of the diving community. - via
