Don’t go to Lang’s!!! I rented ski boots and poles for me and two kids for ski trip to VT. We were measured by a friendly employee and told to pick up at later date. When we got to the mountain my kids could not get their boots to secure to the bindings. I realized Lang’s put the bindings for my 8 yr old on my 12 yr olds skis and the bindings for my 12 yr old on my 8 yr old skis. What incompetence and probably unsafe. They struggled to ski with the wrong skis so we had to end the day early. In addition, my 12 year old said his toes had to be curled up to fit in boots. My skis boots and bindings were fine so they got it right for 1 of the 3 rentals.
When I went to return, the owner was the one collecting returns. The first thing he said was you will be charged having mud on the boots. No hello or how was everything. He also said it in a very rude voice and was probably looking to make a few extra dollars. At that point, I told him how dissatisfied I was about their mistake and requested refund. He inspected equipment, stamped my receipt and told me to go elsewhere next time. - via
