This was our 4th or 5th time diving with them and the staff has always been great to deal with. Our cruise boat didn't offer a dive, so we booked our own AM dive which the website says gets back at 1 or 1:30. The Nassau walking tour we signed up through the boat left at 1:30. Close but ok. We were the first ones by the fountain (meeting place ) by 8am. Never even left for the shop until after 10, then made pickups at hotels. We did our 2 dives and sadly the reefs are deteriorating, I tried to talk to the person at the counter who insisted they don't put down dive times, then she said you better go or you will miss the bus. I have called there multiple times, they told me to email a Harris, which I did twice over a month stilll no response. - via
