Kudos to Cammie Atkins. During a just completed trip to the Philippines, PAL cancelled the second leg of our flight and we didn't find out until after our first flight had landed in Manila. PAL mislead us, hung up on us and eventually booked us on a flight four days later. Cammie picked up the ball and got our group booked on flights the next day. She is always ready to help when things go awry, or when they don't. - via
