Diving instructors & captain: totally amazing
Front desk: lukewarm at best, not customer oriented
We saw mantas & had a great time diving. However, my bf got sick after the first dive (discovery dive) & was unable to attend to his second dive. We asked the front office if I could use up his second dive instead as they were heading out for third dive with only one guy (also certified like me) anyway but they refused. Considering how much we paid + extra for GoPro videos & photos I consider this highly unprofessional & I would not go there again as there are many newer dive centers on the island that might have more flexible customer service. - via
