Had an initial booking confirmed only to be informed a few days later they were now only offering the highest jump (most expensive) and it was compulsory to purchase the video and photo package.
Although slightly frustrated by this inflexibility we agreed. However, a couple of days before the scheduled skydive they cancelled citing ‘unforeseen circumstances’.
There may well have been genuine reasons for the changes they proposed but the lack of explanation was disappointing. - via
