I've made a short dive trip along the west and south-west coast, from Negombo to Unawatuna, and can definitely say, that experience at Ypsylon Diving was the best one. Very good dive spots with lots of fish, lobsters, octopuses, cuttlefish and so on. Visibility is about 15 m, no strong currents, no stress, just relaxing.
Very peaceful sea shore, not overcrowded at all (like it was in Unawatuna). Btw, reasonable price for diving and accommodation as well.
