*Bad service for inexperienced Divers*
I was about to buy my first wetsuit ever.
A "professional instructor for 20 years" sold me a Wetsuit in a size XL because I'm tall.
Trying it on dry, it felt tight so I bought it.
The next day everyone in my dive shop told me it's way too big for me and explained the purpose of a wetsuit -trapping a thin layer of water next to the skin which then is warmed by the body heat- I fitted perfectly in Size S/M of different other brands of wetsuits.
Trying to get in touch with Casco Antiguo was hard. My request was firstly ignored (fair over the holidays) but even after I was postponed day by day. In the End changing the wetsuit in a smaller size was not possible because I already "used" it.
