Stopped in for the closeout sale and asked about a sun bum display Sonny. Ed gave a rude response that it was broken (it was not), his wife runs the store, and they paid $100 for it (its $40 online). A simple "no” would have sufficed, but I got an aggravated lecture instead. Walking out I mumbled, "No wonder this place is going out of business." Yeah, that was my bad, I’m sorry for it. Ed followed me outside and loudly asked what did I mean. I told him because of terrible customer service, which he then started to yell and curse at my 2- and 4-year-old, wife, and I. After reading comments, most of them good, but the bad one’s mention Ed as the problem. I feel sorry for Ann but seems Ed might be a cause for the store closing. - via
