Turned up here for a cylinder refill, only to be told I need 24 hours notice. I said every other place I have been to it takes a few minutes, to which I got a rude response, she said "I can't do it right now because I'm in the middle of setting up Internet banking". Ridiculous. I won't be coming back. 24 hours for a process which takes minutes. - via
