Would not honor their advertised online price for their Dive, Stay, Play package.
Long story short, we found the package advertised for $320pp and sent an enquiry on their website mid December 2022 saying 3 of us were interested in booking and wanted more details on dates/extra nights for February 2023.
We never received a reply. On 9th of January 23 we finally managed to get through to them on the phone to confirm some of the questions we had before booking and were told that the price per person has been increased to $350pp.
I was not ok with the price change, especially after chasing them for the booking. I called to discuss and after raising all my points, I was told they would not honour the original advertised price. I was told that they get "1000's of emails", that was the "2022 season price", and the worst of all, "your email may have gone to our spam".
Please note that the website does not indicate seasonal pricing.
I completely understand that prices have gone up. We always support our local businesses, and they would have easily recovered far more than $30pp from us in so many ways.
This is disappointing customer service for a business that meant to promote a fun and great experience. - via
