Greens are in terrific condition, but most are multi-tiered and can lead to some three putts. The sand traps generally do not have enough soft sand, and in some case, there might be small gravel in them that can mar your sand wedge. The tee boxes are okay, sometimes making it a challenge to find a nice place to stand and/or to find much grass on the par three holes. There is no water out on the course to drink, nor is there any water in any of the ball washers (and there are only a couple of them on the entire course). Bring plenty of water with you. The fairways are in pretty good shape on most holes, but kind of sparse on others. The rough on some holes can result in a lost ball - they are cut rather high, if cut at all.
