It was great. Everything was very professional: the website and the online booking system, the organization of the sessions, the lessons themselves. The team of instructors are super friendly and helpful.
The organization of the OWD over 4 days, theory included, is ideal, it really allows you to see everything you need to see, without overdosing and without rushing, and to enjoy the beach or Trincomalee after- midday. Other centers do the OWD over 2 or 3 days and afterwards I don't regret giving myself a little more time, it was worth it. It was also very convenient to have a driver provided by the center who picked us up every morning by tuk tuk.
It was Norbert who taught me, and he is an excellent teacher: patient, available, calm and funny. He gave me all the necessary explanations without counting his time and made sure to review all the knowledge and skills to assimilate. I loved my first diving experiences and I came out of them with a lot of confidence, the feeling of having learned well, and the desire to experiment even more. So I have since passed the AOWD in another center, in the Maldives, which unfortunately did not offer the same quality.
In short, I had a great time at Divinguru. The center really does things straight. Thank you to the whole team and good luck!

J'ai passé l'Open Water Diver et fait du même coup mes premières plongées chez Divinguru.
C'était super. Tout était très pro : le site web et le système de réservation en ligne, l'organisation des séances, les cours eux-mêmes. L'équipe d'instructeurs est hyper sympa et serviable.
L'organisation de l'OWD sur 4 jours, théorie comprise, est idéale, ça permet vraiment de bien voir tout ce qu'il faut voir, sans surdoser et sans bâcler, et de profiter de la plage ou de Trincomalee l'après-midi. D'autres centres font l'OWD sur 2 ou 3j et a posteriori je ne regrette pas de m'être donné un peu plus de temps, ça en valait la peine. C'était aussi très pratique d'avoir un chauffeur mis à disposition par le centre qui vient nous chercher tous les matins en tuk tuk.
C'est Norbert qui m'a fait cours, et c'est un excellent professeur : patient, disponible, calme et marrant. Il m'a donné toutes les explications nécessaires sans compter son temps et s'est assuré de passer en revue l'intégralité des savoirs et compétences à assimiler. J'ai adoré mes premières expériences de plongée et j'en suis ressorti avec beaucoup d'assurance, le sentiment d'avoir bien appris, et l'envie d'expérimenter encore plus. Du coup j'ai depuis passé l'AOWD dans un autre centre, aux Maldives, qui n'offrait malheureusement pas la même qualité.
Bref j'ai passé un super moment chez Divinguru. Le centre fait vraiment les choses réglo. Merci à toute l'équipe et bonne continuation ! - via
