Find another shop. I was a PADI instructor for 15 years and worked with many shops and these folks are a no go. Arrogant and not customer centric at all. I was completely surprised by the experience. I did not inform them of my background just came in as a customer and wow. Further they provided me information that was not accurate. There are good shops in the metroplex, I took a chance to see if this was one of them it’s not. Avoid - via
