I am very impressed with this place. My wife and I stopped by to get stocked up on some snorkel gear and the lady’s and gentlemen at Hilo Ocean Adventures hooked us up. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and made the experience excellent. I managed to purchase a set of fins that were too small and figured it out after I went snorkeling.
There are no returns allowed normally but the friendly staff found a pair of fins that fit perfectly when I returned, took the old ones back and offered me a generous discount. If you are considering using them I strongly suggest it. - via
