I came to buy a fin strap, Cressi fin strap, because I lost it while diving. After they sold me a Cressi fin strap in dubious condition, it broke 2 minutes into diving. I wanted an exchange, and they told me to wait for 2 weeks. After that time, what I found is an $8 generic fin strap instead of the Cressi I ordered, and they didn't refund me the cost difference. - via
