EDIT: I was contacted to schedule another jump and this time it was everything I hoped for! Great customer service, super quick to resolve the problem. Easy 5 stars.
I was very excited for my first tandem jump. The fall was super fun, but my jump conditions ruined it. 1 plane was out of service so my booking time got pushed back, that's fine it happens. Because of the delay it took 5 hours from book time to landing. Again, it happens. But because it got so late I had to jump early at 9,000 feet and my instructor was rushing to land the parachute which left me extremely nauseous for an hour+ after. As much as I would like to go back, cutting my jump short to rush the landing spoiled the entire experience here and I'm really disappointed. I found this place through Google search so only fair I leave an accurate review for others looking for a place. - via
